Designed by Viguer in Toulouse, this project redefines the relationship between architecture and technology, using the Flexbrick system with a focus on landscape integration and user well-being.

On the former SANOFI site, two buildings dedicated to entrepreneurs, industrialists, researchers, students and visitors are creating the ecosystem necessary for technological innovation. by glazed facades and Flexbrick elements. A terrace running from one building to the other ensures visual continuity and testifies to the project’s vocation to connect entities and federate energies.

One, Data Valley, houses a communal living residence, a wellness area and a restaurant.

The other, Data Valley, houses digital businesses in spaces differentiated by their uses. Both are oriented towards the park for the convenience of users, with a controlled volumetric division designed to minimise their visual impact and optimise their integration into the landscaping of the surrounding public spaces.

One of the outstanding features of these buildings is the innovative use of the Flexbrick system on their façades, which not only adds a modern aesthetic element, but also contributes to energy efficiency and sunlight control.

Flexbrick allows for seamless integration between the architecture and the environment, providing a versatile solution that accentuates the relationship with the landscape. The façades, composed of Flexbrick panels and glazing, create a balance between transparency and privacy, favouring the thermal and visual comfort of the users.

Punctuated by the interaction of exterior and interior spaces, the two buildings, each with its own architectural form, emphasise the relationship to the landscape accentuated by the glazed facades and Flexbrick elements. A terrace running from one building to the other ensures visual continuity and attests to the project’s vocation to connect entities and federate energies.
