FLEXBRICK WAS SET UP WITH A REAL WILLINGNESS TO OFFER REVOLUTIONARY SOLUTIONS IN THE CONSTRUCTION WORKS USING CERAMICS.
Due To research projects, which have lasted more than 5 years, Flexbrick is the materialization of an idea of the Doctor Architect Vicente Sarrablo, Director of the School of Architecture of the International University of Architecture. His view? Creating an industrialized system for flexible ceramic sheets for the construction of cladding and laminated structures. A view which two referent and widely-experienced companies in the Spanish construction industry has become real: Piera Ecocerámica and Malpesa.
Today, we are a company dedicated to the development, commercialization, design and construction of many constructive systems based on ceramic tissues.
And we continue innovating. In materials, finishing and design possibilities.
Prestigious architects have already included Flexbrick in their architectural designs. Well-known publications back us. Awards such as: Accésit of Construmat 2011, award CAT Construcció (CAT Construction) given by the College of Surveyors of Catalonia or the award Innovación Inno Verde (Innovation Inno Green) back our commitment to innovation and well-done work.
CERAMICS MOVES ON TO NEW FORMATS AND APPLICATIONS THAT LEAD THE PIECE BY PIECE LAYING
An industrialized system for flexible ceramic sheets for the construction of cladding and laminated structures. Revolution is due to its large format of small pieces, which are usually laid one by one.
A flexible steel mesh in which ceramic pieces are inserted, in pitch or broken formation. Pieces are safely confined as they are provided with slots or perforations at both ends which are used for housing the wires of a steel mesh fastening all the unit.
.
Versatile in constructive applications
The same Flexbrick with identical aesthetic finishing can be used in façades, concrete panels, pavements, structures, etc.
Numerous design possibilities. Flexbrick may be customized to meet each project needs, allowing to choose for each case the density of pieces, tissue geometric patterns, piece materials, formats and finishing.
Our technical office will advise you on what you need. We help you to make your projects come true.
SMART INNOVATION
PURE VERSATILITY
FLEXBRICK CERAMIC TISSUES ARE FEASIBLE FOR ARCHITECTURE AND CIVIL ENGINEERING WORKS, INTERIOR DESIGNS, FURNITURE AND DESIGN OF COMMUNICATIVE SURFACES (CORPORATE). A WORLD OF COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTIONS TO BE EXPLORED, WHICH MULTIPLIES THE POSSIBILITIES OF DESIGN AND FUNCTIONALITY FOR PROJECTING WITH CERAMICS.
WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO DO?
WHILE FLEXBRICK PROPOSES SOME STANDARD SOLUTIONS, THE SYSTEM FLEXIBILITY ALLOWS TO PLAY WITH DIFFERENT FINISHINGS.
REINVENT THE WAY TO BUILD FAÇADES WITH CERAMICS
CREATE SURPRISING OPTICAL EFFECTS COMBINING WITH DECORATIONS, MATERIALS AND DIFFERENT DENSITY OF PIECES INSIDE THE TISSUE. AND ALL, WITHOUT RENOUNCING THE INSULATION REQUIREMENTS. OPEN YOUR MIND TO NEW TECHNICAL AND AESTHETIC POSSIBILITIES.

TYPES OF ROCKWOOL INSULATIONS
ROCKWOOL Ventirock Duo
TYPES OF GISCOSA SHEETS
EPDM sheet, thickness depending on the project requirements.
OTHER CHARACTERISTICS
Flexbrick allows to treat closed and open façade areas in the same way, where tissues may behave as lattices in windows and balconies in order to main the same aesthetic finish beyond what happens inside each space.
FAÇADES
COMPOSITION
The frame of the panel is made through cold-rolled steel profiles, where the perimeter ends of the steel mesh of the tissues are screwed.
